Cancellations & Rescheduling:

*All deposits are non-refundable. Our policies apply to all services including Packages, Glow Parties, and Memberships.*

Cancellations occurring outside of 24 hours of your appointment time, may reschedule within 7 days & have their non-refundable deposit go towards that appointment.

Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of your appointment time will forfeit their deposit and be charged 100% of the service cost as we are unable to fill appointments on short notice.

Reschedules made on the same day as your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service cost. However, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment if rescheduled within 7 days.

As a mobile business, any appointment changes within 24 hours are considered short notice due to our prep requirements, tech schedules, & travel times. We always strive to accommodate you, understanding that unexpected situations arise. We kindly ask for your consideration of our time and efforts in return.

Travel Fees, Late Arrivals & After Hours:

Appointments located outside our listed service area will incur a $15 travel fee. Locations more than 30 minutes beyond our service area may be subject to additional charges based on distance. If the client is more than 10 minutes late or not present upon arrival at the scheduled location, a 100% service fee plus the applicable travel fee will be charged. Appointments scheduled outside regular business hours (as a convenience to the client) will include a $15 after-hours convenience fee.
